Frequently Asked Questions
You can earn points by doing simple, fun things like:
- Sign up on Connextion SG – 100 points
- Refer a friend who signs up as a service provider – 100 points per referral (no cap for now!)
- Birthday check-in – 100 points when you check in on your birthday month!
You’ll earn 100 points for every successful referral who signs up as a service provider. There’s no limit right now – so refer away and rack up those points!
A successful referral means your friend:
- Signs up using your referral link or code
- Completes their service provider profile
We’ll reward you 100 points when you check in during your birthday month. Make sure your birthday is updated in your profile! 🎂
Currently, points do not expire, but we may update this in future. We’ll let you know in advance if anything changes.
You can redeem points for exciting goodies like:
- Gojek vouchers
- Lifestyle gift cards
Simply go to the Rewards page, pick your preferred reward, and click “Redeem”. Your reward will be sent to you via email or SMS, depending on the item.
At the moment, points are non-transferable and tied to your account only.
