Welcome to the CONNEXTION PTE. LTD. Rewards Program! This page outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our rewards initiative. By participating, you agree to abide by these rules.
1.1 Participation is open to all registered users of CONNEXTION PTE. LTD.
1.2 Users must have completed their profiles (including service description, photo, and contact information) to be eligible for points and redemptions.

2.2. By using our Website or Services as a Business User, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to enter into this agreement and bind the Business User to these Terms.
a) Birthday Accuracy: Users must provide an accurate birthdate to be eligible for the birthday bonus. CONNEXTION PTE. LTD. reserves the right to request verification of birthdate details at random to ensure fair distribution of rewards.
b) Sign-Up Bonus: Receive 100 points when you create an account and complete your profile.
c) Referral Bonus: Earn 100 points for each friend you refer who signs up and completes their profile.
d) Birthday Bonus: Get 100 bonus points during your birthday month (once per year).
e) Engagement Bonuses: Additional points may be awarded for profile sharing, reviews, or other platform activities as determined by CONNEXTION PTE. LTD.
3.1 Points can be exchanged for lifestyle vouchers listed on our Rewards Page.
3.2 The expiry date of each reward is determined by the participating merchant and will only be known upon receipt of the voucher.
Expiry details will not be displayed on the Rewards Page.
3.3 Users are advised to check the voucher details upon delivery.
3.4 Participating merchants and available rewards are subject to change without prior notice.

3.9 Vouchers redeemed through the Rewards Program can only be used within Singapore.
4.1 All rewards, including welcome vouchers and redemptions, will be fulfilled within 1 month of account creation or redemption request.
4.2 Delays may occur during high-volume periods or promotional campaigns.
5.1 Points currently do not have an expiry date.
5.2 However, CONNEXTION PTE. LTD. reserves the right to introduce a validity period in the future. Any changes will be communicated via this page or through official email notifications.
6.1 Any abuse of the rewards system (e.g., fake referrals, duplicate accounts) will result in forfeiture of points and possible account suspension. 6.2 CONNEXTION PTE. LTD. reserves the right to audit and review user activity.
7.1 CONNEXTION PTE. LTD. reserves the right to change, pause, or terminate the rewards program at any time.

8.1 Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.2 In case of disputes, CONNEXTION PTE. LTD.’s decision is final.
9.1 Users may cancel their CONNEXTION PTE. LTD. membership at any time by contacting our support team.
9.2 Upon cancellation, any unused or unredeemed points will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or reinstated.
9.3 CONNEXTION PTE. LTD. reserves the right to cancel accounts found to be in violation of platform terms or involved in suspicious activity.
10.1 CONNEXTION PTE. LTD. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Rewards Program.
10.2 We do not guarantee the availability, continuity, or functionality of any particular reward at any given time.
11.1 Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Rewards Program shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
11.2 In the event of any disagreement, both parties agree to seek resolution in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
